The purpose of this membership is to give it's users unlimited video access to on how to perform thrust and non thrust joint based manual therapy to both the spine and extremity regions. These videos include step by step instruction on patient and therapist set up, hand and body positioning and how and where to apply forces when performing these techniques. This library has over 160+ techniques plus shows you different variations for each technique. This is particularly useful for outsized therapists or if a patient has a limitation or intolerance to a certain technique or position, you will easily be able to adjust the technique or position on the fly to accommodate the patient. 

You will be able to log in at anytime, whether it at work prior to seeing a patient that you think would benefit from a particular technique, or at home when you are trying to practice and choose your spouse or significant other to be your guinea pig. In the future, more videos  will be added to these regions as well as other topics such as neurodynamics, dry needling and weekly articles will be uploaded at no extra cost to you.

What is the Virtual Clinical Mentorship?  It’s a virtual mentorship that will not only focus on the use of manual therapy, but help clinicians improve and refine their clinical decision making skills, differential diagnosis, understanding and use of the three pillars of evidence based practice, and patient management. This is perfect for the doctoral students, new clinicians just entering the work force who don't have the guidance or access to mentorship they would hope, or a seasoned clinician, who is burnt out, uninspired or wants to expand their knowledge!

Why it was started. In the past, our professional standards were to take 2-3 courses a year, work an additional 5-8 years to attain the knowledge, experience and technical skill to be clinically comfortable. Today, you have the ability to access high quality distinguished mentorship to expedite that learning curve. This mentorship will give you the ability to spend time integrating and refining all the elements that go into patient management to improve your clinical decision making skillset to give you a solid orthopedic foundation. By doing this, all the information attained from courses and techniques become truly valuable as you now know how to adapt and integrate them seamlessly into your thought process and can apply it to each individual patient to obtain the best outcomes.

What to Expect: The manual therapy mentorship program offers you residency and fellowship  level of education and feedback. The instructors have all undergone advance training in either a residency fellowship program or both. The mentorship is hosted on a private Facebook group where discussions are held about philosophy, treatment, utilization of manual therapy, clinical decision making, research and more. The goal of this style is to post patient cases, and questions so we can help trouble shoot and offer feedback to improve your clinical decision making and skill.

Bi-monthly ZOOM calls will be hosted as "Virtual Rounds" to further discuss patient cases more in-depth and to refine our clinical decision making skills. Sessions will be held on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Thursday of the month and will be recorded and made available for anyone who is unable to attend the live session or who wants to go back and listen again.
